New labelling machinery for a growing operation
Having enjoyed significant growth in recent months, the team sat down to consider our next addition with all of the above in mind.
The Daco PLD in 350mm web width passed every test with flying colours, so we added two to our arsenal!
Dipping briefly into the technical specifications?
The PLD350 is a rotary die cutter with a semi-automatic turret rewinder. This feature significantly reduces machine stoppage time compared with a conventional rewinder’s performance, improving the ease and efficiency of print runs (particularly shorter runs).
With the rotary die removed, the PLD350 can also be used as a similarly efficient slitter rewinder, suitable for small and large roll production needs.
As per the Daco website… “Many clients are finding that the PLD250/PLD350/PLD430 machine is the ideal solution for manufacturing thermal labels for desktop and industrial thermal transfer printers and the production of price gun labels.”
